TISH, OFFICE MANAGER
Tish Stern has been in the dental field since 2006 and serves as the Office Manager at OC Healthy Smiles. She graduated from Hofstra University with a degree in Business Administration and brings extensive experience in patient care, insurance coordination, financial arrangements, team leadership, and customer service.
Tish is passionate about helping patients navigate their dental care and ensuring they have an exceptional experience from start to finish. Whether assisting with insurance questions, treatment planning, scheduling, or financing options, she is committed to going above and beyond for every patient.
Tish lives in Huntington Beach and enjoys spending time with her family, hiking with her dog Reid, traveling, and exploring new restaurants. She is also actively involved in her community and volunteers as a Sunday School teacher, where she enjoys working with children and helping them learn and grow.
During office hours, Tish is always available to answer questions, address concerns, and help make your dental experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. Consider her your personal concierge at OC Healthy Smiles.
TAWNYA, SCHEDULING COORDINATOR
Tawnya is our Scheduling Coordinator. She grew up in Orange County and has always been fascinated by dental health and how it has a direct correlation to our overall health. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, going to concerts, and spending time at Disneyland.
Leslie, Front Office Concierge
As an Orange County native, I grew up surrounded by bodies of water. After high school, I spent several years in Western Kentucky. I have a passion for all creative pursuits and enjoy reading. My academic background includes a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a focus on abnormal and deviant psychology. Transitioning into the dental field, I aimed to be a friendly and reassuring presence for guests who may experience dental anxiety.

Thais is a dedicated and compassionate dental hygienist who takes pride in helping patients feel comfortable and confident about their oral health. With a gentle touch and a genuine passion for education, she loves empowering patients with tips and tools to keep their smiles healthy between visits.
Outside of the office, Thais enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring new restaurants, and staying active outdoors. Her caring nature and dedication make her an invaluable part of the OC Healthy Smiles team!

We’re proud to celebrate Brianna, who has been helping our patients smile brighter for over two years! Originally from Connecticut, Brianna is known for her positive attitude, gentle touch, and commitment to patient care. When she’s not in the office, she enjoys soaking up California’s sunshine and spending time at the beach with family and friends. We’re grateful to have her as part of the OC Healthy Smiles team!

Mo is the friendly face you will see when entering the back office, she enjoys getting to know each patient and providing a warm, caring, and stress- free environment.
In her spare time, she loves spending time with her fur baby, Mowgli, and staying active.
Hailey, Dental Assistant
Inspired by her stepmom, Hailey chose dentistry to enhance smiles and impact oral health positively. Beyond dentistry, she enjoys dance classes and video games with her boyfriend. She has a twin sister, four older sisters, a brother, and three dogs.
Bailey, Dental Assistant
Bailey has always been passionate about working in healthcare and found her calling in dentistry, where she can combine her love for people with helping others feel healthy and confident about their smiles. She enjoys getting to know patients and being part of the transformation that helps them look and feel their best.
In the office, Bailey brings positivity, teamwork, and a calm presence to every appointment. Outside of work, she loves surfing, practicing Pilates, playing instruments, and writing music. Her creative spirit and caring heart make her a wonderful addition to the OC Healthy Smiles family.
Sharyah, Dental Assistant
Sharyah joined OC Healthy Smiles with a passion for helping people and a goal of becoming a Registered Dental Hygienist. She chose dental assisting as the perfect stepping stone to gain hands-on experience and learn from an incredible team while pursuing her dream.
She loves assisting with crown procedures and seeing patients leave with confident, restored smiles. Known for her caring nature and positive attitude, Sharyah makes every visit feel comfortable and welcoming.
When she’s not in the office, Sharyah enjoys going on walks, cooking new recipes, and spending quality time with her family.

Meet Klaudine, our Lead Registered Dental Assistant and one of the familiar faces that has been helping patients feel at ease at OC Healthy Smiles for over 5 years! Known for her warm personality, attention to detail, and genuine care for our patients, Klaudine plays a key role in creating a positive experience from start to finish. Outside the office, she loves spending time with her children at Disneyland and is a devoted fan of pandas. Her kindness, dedication, and positive energy make her an invaluable part of our team.
