CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
To help us provide the best care to all our patients, we ask that you make every effort to keep your reserved appointment time. We do not double-book, so your time is set aside just for you.
Appointment Confirmations:
You’ll receive a reminder via email, text, or phone call one week prior to your visit. Please confirm your appointment by responding through your preferred method. If we don’t hear from you at least 24 business hours in advance, your appointment may be released to accommodate other patients awaiting care.
Cancellations & No-Shows:
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without a fee. By providing your credit card information, you agree to the following fees if canceling late or failing to show:
- $75 for general appointments canceled within 24 hours or for no-shows
- $150 for all appointments over 2-Hours and specialist appointments canceled within 48 hours or for no-shows
- $75 for premium Saturday appointments canceled within 48 hours
Late Arrivals:
If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid delays for other patients. A $75 broken appointment fee may apply unless the delay is due to an emergency.
